Bio
Each of Moira’s whimsical collages are compilations of many bits of vintage ephemera, photos she has taken, and images gathered from a variety of current publications. Much joy comes from combining the bits and pieces until they tell a new narrative. A lifelong maker of many creations, she counts among her favorite experiences, the opportunity to exhibit and sell her dolls at the American Folk Art Museum in NYC. A member of the Atlanta Collage Society, she shows and sells her collages in the Atlanta metro area. Her work hangs in Atlanta corporate offices, has been published in the Somerset Studio Spring 2021 and Winter 2023 issues, and is included on sets for Universal Studios and Netflix productions. Most importantly, it graces the walls of the individuals who purchase her work for their homes. She teaches collage workshops and classes at Spruill Center for the Arts in Dunwoody and Callanwolde Fine Arts Center in Druid Hills.
